1Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jayq9 platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service") and all its users ("you", "member" or "player"). jayq9 ("we", "our") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply to all pages, services, games, bonuses, promotions and related activities on the site. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

5.2 Withdrawals

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (deposit + bonus). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit.
• To claim the welcome bonus, you may need to enter the designated bonus code after making a deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• If the requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6.2 VIP Program

jayq9 operates a special membership program with three VIP tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP benefits are determined based on the member's activity in the given month. The specific conditions and benefits for each tier are published separately.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• All bonus offers are valid for a limited time and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• Two bonuses cannot be used at the same time while one is active, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jayq9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to a system error or technical issue.
• We reserve the right to investigate an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on jayq9 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports betting results will be determined in accordance with internationally recognised sources.

7.1 Betting Limits

8Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, viruses or any other technical attack.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable.

9Account Closure and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• An account that has been inactive for a long period.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. Notify the support team of your account closure request.
